Fire fountain during the day

At night they had running water and would jet liquid fuel into the water. The propane would come to the surface and be ignited on the water. It made it look the the water was on fire. Because of the properties of the fuel, you could put your hands in the water. You could even hold a bit of water and flame in your hands.
