Flaming metal flowers

These are metal flowers that are around 25 feet tall. At night they barked out huge bursts of flame into the air. They put out so much light it was hard to look at. One night there was a car driving by that also shot flames into the air. The car would bark, then the flowers would. It was almost as if they were having a conversation.
